What is your Lead time?
Currently, our lead time is approximately 5 weeks from time of order placement. Lead times can be subject to change based from week to week. Please contact us at time of order to confirm your lead time.
Do you have a display, or can I see a pool in person?
We currently have a display available in Coffs Harbour, and Sydney. We do have some customers in other areas that are open to show off their pools. In the meantime, we’re happy to share a wide range of photos and videos that showcase the strength, durability, and premium finish of our plunge pools.
Where are you based?
Small Yard Possibilities is based in Brisbane and offers a localized service for Pure Plunge in the Queensland region as well as assisting with sales all around Australia. We can deliver to all states except WA and NT.
Can you use magnesium salts in these pools?
Yes, we offer magnesium chlorinators—an ideal solution for those who prefer to avoid the harsh feel of traditional chlorine. Magnesium salts create a gentler sensation on the skin and can deliver added health benefits. You can explore our magnesium chlorinator and other accessories on the dedicated page of our website.
Can these come with spa jets or be turned into a spa?
We offer heaters that allow you to heat or cool your plunge pool to your preferred water temperature. Additional pool jets can also be added, though it's worth noting they don’t produce the same bubbling sensation as traditional spa jets. That said, our standard jets deliver excellent water flow. What is the warranty on the plunge pools?
Our plunge pools come with a 5-year warranty, though their exceptional durability and the strength of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) mean they’re built to last a lifetime. With the average new car warranty in Australia also sitting at five years, we believe this offers customers genuine peace of mind. Our Waterco pumps and filters are covered by their own manufacturers warranties and, being Australian-made, replacement parts are easy to source locally.
Can they be installed in ground?
Our plunge pools can be partially installed in-ground, up to a depth of 450mm, provided that the correct drainage and backfill guidelines are followed. Alternatively, you can achieve a sunken look by constructing a deck around the pool.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, we can arrange installation with an estimate cost of between $750 - $900 which includes the connection of the pump, filter and any other accessories such as heaters, LED light or magnesium chlorinators. The installation cost also covers the pressure piping and requires valves. Alternatively, you can install these yourself if you are somewhat handy.
